Our mission is to provide exceptional service anytime and every time as we have done continuously for 60 years.   We have three locations, totaling approximately 30,000 square feet, consisting of our Head Office, Content Warehouse and Construction Office.   Our full services offices are strategically located in Newmarket, Thornhill and Pefferlaw allowing us to respond promptly from Lake Ontario to Lake Simcoe.

Storm was a Project Manager with ServiceMaster Restore prior to joining our team of Estimators.   He has a passion for helping our clients get their home or business back to their pre-loss condition as quickly as possible and excels at customer services.  Storm's excellent communication, organization and adaptability skills allow him to be successful in achieving his clients' goals and contribute to our team as a high performing estimator.   Storm has a degree from Queen's University in addition to certification from the Construction Institute of Canada and has successfully completed Xactimate Mastery Level training.

Shaun experience include being apprentice mechanic and several years as a schoold board Caretaker and Head of Maintainance.    he has worked in a family construction business where he  gained valuable hands-on experience with the tools.  Shaun subsequently transitioned to Condo Property Management where he expanded his knowledge of the building envelope, learned condo rules, bylaws, as well as condo repair.  It was in his capacity of Property Manager that we first met Shaun while we were responding to a claim at one of his buildings.  We quickly added him to our team and since joining ServiceMaster, Shaun has built a reputation of exceeding customer expectations - attested to by the number of accolades we receive from happy customers!
