Prior to becoming our Client Relationship Manager, Jeff was our Emergency Services Manager. His attention to detail, easy going nature and client engagement help us achieve a seamless claims process while delivering on key performance objectives.

Nick Vasiliou
Content & Warehouse Manager

Nick brings over 21 years of actual front line field experience in content restoration. He holds a variety of technical designations in his field, including WRT, ASD and CDS and specializes in large loss abatement and content restoration.  Nick is a dedicated member of our Team, is thorough,takes pride in the development of his staff to deliver excellent customer service to customers both internal and external.

Wayne Spicer
Senior Estimator

Wayne has been an estimator with us for 24 years and brings an unsurpassed level of enthusiasm to our operation.   He was a carpenter working for us under contract prior to joining us in a full time capacity.    Wayne is exceptionally meticulous and great with people and as such he is very well liked by both adjusters and their clients.

Tracey Quick
Vice President Administration

Tracey brings over 35 years of office management and bookkeeping experience, half of which have been in the Construction and Restoration industries.   Tracey is particularly energetic, has a tremendous work ethic and takes pride in keeping employee morale high.

Rubin Zak
Project Manager

Rubin joined ServiceMaster with over 10 years experience in Construction Project Management and Estimating. In addition to Construction Estimating Certificate from George Brown College, Rubin also holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University. Combined with his experience, Rubin's analytic, problem solving and communication skills allow him to gain the trust and confidence of clients.

Storm Ivory
Vice President Operations

Storm was a Project Manager with ServiceMaster Restore prior to joining our team of Estimators.   He has a passion for helping our clients get their home or business back to their pre-loss condition as quickly as possible and excels at customer services.  Storm's excellent communication, organization and adaptability skills allow him to be successful in achieving his clients' goals and contribute to our team as a high performing estimator.   Storm has a degree from Queen's University in addition to certification from the Construction Institute of Canada and has successfully completed Xactimate Mastery Level training.

Shaun Barbeau
Senior Project Manager

Shaun experience include being apprentice mechanic and several years as a schoold board Caretaker and Head of Maintainance.    he has worked in a family construction business where he  gained valuable hands-on experience with the tools.  Shaun subsequently transitioned to Condo Property Management where he expanded his knowledge of the building envelope, learned condo rules, bylaws, as well as condo repair.  It was in his capacity of Property Manager that we first met Shaun while we were responding to a claim at one of his buildings.  We quickly added him to our team and since joining ServiceMaster, Shaun has built a reputation of exceeding customer expectations - attested to by the number of accolades we receive from happy customers!     

Kim Knight
Executive Administration Assistant

Kim brings with her more than 30 years of Customer Service experience, most of which are in the Disaster Restoration and Insurance Industry.  Her energy and enthusiasm are hugely appreciated and highly regarded by both our Team and Clients.    Kim has been with us for 4 years and within that time she has developed a great rapport with Customers and continues to see her role within the organization expand.

Patrick Brandt
Senior Estimator

Patrick brings more than 20 years of experience in the disaster restoration industry with roles of increasing responsibility ranging from Cleaner through to General Manager.    He is empathetic and accordingly enjoys helping customers while showing a high degree of dedication to his work.

Jackie Daniels
Senior Project Manager

Jackie brings deep knowledge of the building envelope and has honed her restoration skills through more than 20 years in the insurance and disaster restoration industries.   She is thorough and well liked by policyholders, her colleagues and adjusters.

Glenn O'Reilly

Glenn has extensive Commercial and Residential loss restoration experience accumulated over more than 30 years in the Disaster Restoration industry.  His disposition quickly puts customers at ease and he is always responsive to Claims Professionals.    

Rob Giroux
Managing Partner

Rob brings over 30 years of insurance industry experience and most with one of Canada's largest insurers.   His roles ranged from Adjuster to Claims Manager to executive as VP Corporate Development.   He has an MBA from Northwestern and York Universities and joined ServiceMaster in 2012 as VP of Sales and Administration.
