He handled the project from start to finish, we found him very attentive and honest throughout the whole job. STEVEN JANEIRO was always there when we had a question or concern. Steven is an exceptional project manager and the Aurora, Newmarket & Richmond Hill location is very fortunate to have him on the team. We recently experienced a basement flood at our workplace and had a great experience with ServiceMaster. The entire team was kind, professional, and efficient without ever making us feel rushed. Storm was approachable and took the time to walk us through the damage and next steps. Jackie D did an excellent job managing the project, quickly coordinating an after-hours team and completing the repairs promptly. TLDR; ServiceMaster made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated their professionalism and care in restoring our space.
After a record breaking snowstorm, we developed ice damming which flooded our townhouse from top to bottom. Aalia and Danny from ServiceMaster Restore of Aurora-Newmarket have been amazing throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. Communication of the situation and how to proceed was clear, concise, calm, and comforting. We appreciate immensely the level of pride in which they have in their work. It definitely translates and has eased much of our anxiety and duress during this unfortunate event.
