We had such a great experience with Cora and Chris! After our water heater burst and caused flooding in our home, they responded quickly and did an amazing job with the cleanup. They were professional, friendly and made a very stressful situation feel so much more manageable. We genuinely enjoyed chatting with them as well, which made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming. We really appreciated their efficiency! Laura and the team of professionals who repaired our exterior brick garage wall were excellent. The new brick construction perfectly matched the remaining bricks and the tinting was excellent. The repairs to the garage door were equally well done. All repairs were done very professionally and everything was cleaned up after their work was done. We recently experienced a basement flood at our workplace and had a great experience with ServiceMaster. The entire team was kind, professional, and efficient without ever making us feel rushed. Storm was approachable and took the time to walk us through the damage and next steps. Jackie D did an excellent job managing the project, quickly coordinating an after-hours team and completing the repairs promptly. TLDR; ServiceMaster made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated their professionalism and care in restoring our space.
