Got water leakage last night, called insurance and has been forwarded to service master Aurora, very lucky to talk with Kim Kenny, got arrangement immediately with workers at the same day, nice attitude and amazing personality. Definitely recommend this biz.
This was the second time we have had to lean on ServiceMaster to assist us with water damage and mold remediation. Their representative Cody Hamilton has been incredible to work with in both instances. He ensured the work was done effectively and his levels of customer service were exemplary. We had such a great experience with Cora and Chris! After our water heater burst and caused flooding in our home, they responded quickly and did an amazing job with the cleanup. They were professional, friendly and made a very stressful situation feel so much more manageable. Laura and the team of professionals who repaired our exterior brick garage wall were excellent. The new brick construction perfectly matched the remaining bricks and the tinting was excellent. The repairs to the garage door were equally well done. All repairs were done very professionally and everything was cleaned up after their work was done.
